With over 23 years experience, Chef Neal Sealey offers a wealth of knowledge when it comes to bringing a concept into a kitchen. His career started at Selsdon Park Hotel in Surrey, working for Chef Jean Marie Zimmermann. From there, he has worked at some of the best places in London, like Marco Pierre White at The Criterion, The Stafford Hotel and Simpsons in the Strand. Neal has also travelled further afield, including Channel Island to work at the L’horizon Hotel and on the sea for Cunard Seaborne Legend. Neal has gained a rosette for cooking at the Barns Hotel in Bedford and spent time working on the healthier side of cooking at Champneys Health Spa in Henlow.
