I started my training at the famous Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow where I worked for 5 years. I then moved on to work at 1 and 2 Michelin starred restaurants. I have a wide repertoire, which has been expanded through travelling and working in restaurants around the world including Australia, Japan and South East Asia.
Also I have worked as a private Chef on large Super yachts (50m -120m) in the Mediterranean as well as a 5* private chalet in the Swiss Alps where I cooked for the crown Prince of Denmark.
I specialize in Japanese, Asian, Seafood and Modern British cuisine. I am able to cater any event whether a dinner party, intimate meal for 2, as well as larger occasions and weddings.
