Exciting and avant-garde chef duo: Yann is a third generation French chef. He is a graduate from the highly regarded Saint Andree academy where he studied Culinary arts for five years. On leaving he moved quickly to the Michelin starred ”La Pomme Canelle” in Luxembourg, where he apprenticed under Anthony Pean (who had been Robuchon’s sous chef for many years). After serving his time there he moved to London where he worked his way through the ranks to become head pastry chef at Corrigans when he was 23. Since then he has worked with various consultancy teams (Compass, Aramark) securing corporate events around London, including Twickenham and Wimbledon. He is also a relentless drummer and has toured Europe with a number of post rock noise bands. Graham is a talented enthusiast who started cooking as a sideline while working in an exhorbitant resort on the wild west coast of northern Australia 17 years ago and hasn’t stopped since. He has cheffed professionally in St. Tropez, Edinburgh, Berlin, Perth (W.A.), Southern Thailand and in his home town of Dublin at all levels, from BBQing coconut chicken in a wheelbarrow to tweezering petals onto truffle shavings. After 8 years cooking and returned to University where he got a Masters in Screenwriting, and spent a few years designing and building gardens while perfecting his recipes. He has been mixing it in the highly competitive street food scene in London for the last two years.
