Having been inspired by his grandmother’s cooking, Philippe Roth started teaching himself to cook when he was fourteen years old. He was born in La Lorraine and, at the age of four, moved to the Yvelines, where all his food was sourced from the home garden. This helped him to recognise the quality and taste from organically sourced produce. He has worked in prestigious restaurants like Le Tastevin (a 2 Michelin star in France) and worked oversea in Japan (which help him to developed a unique style of cooking). Philippe has been in London for 20 years where he has worked for High Table and Avenance. He is now running his own catering department at a Law firm. Philippe guarantees client satisfaction by always being readily available, regardless of the constraints. To date, Philippe continues to provide first class meals to clients/employees of the firm (including canapés, dinner , finger food, buffet and wine tastings). In addition, Philippe also offers and undertakes cookery classes for employees of the firm, which have proven to be in high demand. Chef Philippe works predominately in the Kensington, Westminster, and Fulham areas; however, he is available throughout London.
