I have been a chef for the past 20 years originally studying at the school of Paul Bocuse in Lyon. Since then I have owned 3 of my own restaurants as well as being head chef of such restaurants as the Tickell Arms in Cambridge. I also between 2007 and 2011 worked as a celebrity chef for FundRaising travelling the country hosting dinners for between 10 to 30 people. I am accomplished with French, Italian and British food providing great service as well as Michelin styled dishes.
