As a private chef and the owner of All in Hand Catering, Michael Glennon consistently ranks among the best corporate and office caterers the capital has to offer. He was exposed to world cuisine from an early age, having spent four years as a child in Madrid. Inspired by his mother, who returned from the family’s continental stint with new and (at the time) exotic recipes – including sherry-cooked kidneys and French pot au feu – Michael draws on a range of culinary influences for his world-class menus and diverse clients.
Michael started out as a London chef, developing bespoke menus for special events in his area, before quickly seizing the opportunity to get into corporate catering. Learning from his experiences with other catering companies, Michael set himself up as the director of his own – All in Hand Catering – nurturing the business from the ground up and nowadays counting celebrities and royalty among his ongoing clientele.

In addition to their corporate and office catering services, All in Hand Catering provides a personal chef service for weddings and private parties, bringing restaurant quality food and exceptional service to a range of more laid back surroundings. Available for upwards of 300 guests, the personal chef service involves the same close attention to detail, coordination with clients and versatility of service as corporate catering gigs, with All in Hand taking care of everything from providing the equipment to setting up marquees. A custom wedding menu is also available, pairing a selection of boutique and bowl food canapes, for instance, with a top-notch champagne and cocktail service, followed by an unforgettable three-course meal.
