I am available for hire as a General Chef or Head Chef capable of running large Banqueting, restaurant operations or intimate fine dining.

I am also available as a Development Chef, experienced in creating, implementing & training in Food Safety Policies, Haccap Plans, bespoke menus & spec sheets.

I am able to take failing kitchens and turn them into profit run operations.
