I am a food lover, and unlike many other chefs, I am self-taught. I am always experimenting and researching cooking styles and improving recipes to keep up to date with the market but keeping the flavour of the food. Over the last 12 years, I have focused my efforts on my own private corporate catering company, providing delicious lunches, dinners and canapé receptions for companies in London. Now, I have moved to Lincoln and I am looking to expand my portfolio. My strengths lie in classic, contemporary and Mediterranean cuisine.
