Richard has been a chef for over thirty years and is a confirmed food a’holic. He is old enough to have had City and Guilds classic chef training. He learnt his trade in London in a variety of offers that included English, French and Italian cuisines. With pans in hand in various restaurants and hotels for 17 years and then onto development of dishes and recipes for a variety of retailers and branded restaurant groups. Having been married to a girl from Laos he got an early insight to to the wonders of Indochinese herbs, spices and cooking techniques. Richard can now be found doing cookery demonstrations and private dinners for the gourmands.
