They have a wide ranging expertise including classic French, traditional and modern British, Asian and Continental European. As well as being a very professional and extremely efficient culinary team they are also long standing friends, whose extensive experience at senior chef level has given them an innovative edge in the catering industry as well as an ever-increasing passion to create interesting, beautiful and delicious dishes.
