Before setting up Clever Chefs Nick was the regional development chef for a large national catering company helping look after the food offer with a 50 million pound turnover.
Nick decided to launch Clever Chefs as he saw a gap in the market for fun and elegant event food, “every wedding or large corporate event you attend is always the same function style food that never excites”
