Ben, having been a private chef in homes, yachts and villas for the past 5 years, has a wealth of private dining experience. He can always find a menu that will fit your event, be it a formal or informal affair. Ben initially trained at the Edinburgh school of Food and Wine, where he gained a diploma in European cuisine. Following this, he sought restaurant experience, working at gastro pubs and bistros in Scotland. Ben then turned his hand to private dining, becoming a chef on a Scottish highland estate where he created innovative menus from highland produce. Since then, Ben has remained a private chef working around the UK for distinguished high net worth families and individuals. He has also undertaken further training in wine (at the London wine school) and in Oriental cuisine (at the Bangkok cooking academy).
