Michael is a classically trained professional chef who has honed his culinary talents around the world, most notably at the Savoy in London, and the Michelin-starred La Truffe in Frankfurt, a couple of hours’ drive from his Black Forest birthplace. He also overseen the kitchens of some of the finest luxury hotels in London, Munich, Dubai, Hong Kong and Bali, as well as running his own Good Food Guide acclaimed restaurant. Michael has an excellent knowledge and understanding of ingredients, and is enthusiastic and organised. He admits to being a bit of a traditionalist at heart, using classic techniques. Michael will cook for you in your home the food that he loves to eat himself.
