Smith is a City & Guilds qualified chef with over 25 years’ experience working in hotels, contract catering facilities, upscale event catering companies and award winning vegetarian restaurants. He’s catered 30th and 60th birthday parties, tipi and marquee weddings, canapé receptions, and intimate private dinners. Whether you are looking for a three-course fancy dinner, a buffet or a canapé reception we aim to deliver an experience that will have your guests talking.
His private chef service standard package accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and includes 5 hours at your home for £250 not including travel costs and ingredients. He’s happy to come up with bespoke menus and is adept at creating well-balanced and delicious vegan as well as gluten-free menus.
