Sara Gibson, born and raised in Buckinghamshire started her career working in local restaurant Annie Baileys in her home town. After contributing to the success of a 2 AA Rosette, Sara got accepted to study a Chefs diploma at Westminster Kingsway College, and soon after a Hospitality Management course. She believes that being a top chef isn’t just about excellent food it’s about understanding the customers’ journey and experience. Sara worked In London for 15 years developing a range of techniques and constantly adding to her repertoire, working in a variety of top establishments from restaurants and hotels to event catering. Sara is focused on producing the very best in Modern British cuisine and using the best of seasonal ingredients and with over 15 years experience working in the catering industry she has the experience and skills to keep the most discerning of customers overjoyed. Sara can create bespoke menus and dishes to suit your taste and any dietary requirements you may have.
