Chris has trained at Westminster College in London before working through Michelin star restaurants in London including Chez Bruce. Moved to Spain and worked in multiple michelin starred restaurants in Madrid learning modern techniques as well as Spanish classics. On returning to the UK opened a relaxed restaurant in Winchester, Hampshire where the emphasis was on seasonal quality produce and went on to win a Michelin Star for the restaurant. He has since moved to Brighton running private events, pop up restaurants and private dinners through out the South of England. My emphasis is always on quality fresh produce which is sourced from the best location cooked with care to make the flavours shine. I’m happy cooking many types of cuisine including dietary requirements and love anything that has a great flavour. Im relaxed around guests and happy to talk through dishes or to keep in the background.
