Claudia Nocci grew up in Tuscany, Italy. At the age of 3 she started making homemade pasta with her Mother in their family restaurant. Cooking has always been part of her life and a passion that became bigger and more refined throughout the years. Working alongside the Master of Patisserie, Rossano Vinciarelli she learned many secrets in the Arts of Baking & Pastry. Travelling, another passion, gave her a chance to taste new cuisines and incorporate different styles in her cooking. From Italian to Russian, American to British, Claudia can reproduce many classic recipes and impress clients by creating original fresh and creative combinations. Patient and versatile Claudia works easily in any kitchen which makes working with her and having her around really enjoyable. She loves being around children and sharing nutritional information with them. Claudia loves a challenge and is always ready to try new styles or techniques and happy to reproduce your own favourite dish or substitute any ingredient for another. Cooking is not only Claudia’s job, it is her passion and a way to share special moments with others.
