Chef William brings nearly two decades of hospitality expertise to the table. Having previously worked with Sheraton Hotels and as Executive Chef for Hyatt International hotels, he has also been Chef de Cuisine for several high profile restaurant openings in the Caribbean. William has been on board yachts and in the private and charter sector since 2006 having chartered extensively throughout Europe, North America, the Caribbean, and has been working in top quality establishments since 1995.
