Laura is a private chef with over six years experience working in the superyacht industry. Catering for events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and chartering in the Seychelles, Middle East, Caribbean and Mediterranean, she has a wealth of experience allowing her to create new modern dishes with different influences and styles. Trained with a distinction in culinary arts in London, Laura has continued to search for ways in which to provide first class food with the freshest, most local and seasonal produce available. Everything she makes is hand made, promoting a healthier, but equally as delicious dining experience, as it is all made with love! She enjoys relaxed and professional dialogue with her clients adapting to any last minute requests or requirements and is fully committed to providing excellent satisfaction.
